Beginners Guitar Lessons

Beginners are always more than welcome; learning can be extremely difficult without a good tutor. Paul is very experienced in teaching complete beginners, both privately and through the schools and Derbyshire music partnership.

Recently in 2010, two of his beginner students that he taught from the ages of 10 achieved their grade 8, one with a Merit and the other With Distinction. Both are now off to Music College and University, equipped with excellent musical skills and theoretical knowledge. One of which is a very gifted young man blessed with perfect pitch (something you can't teach - it is quite a rare gift and something you are pretty much born with!).

Paul also has several mature students 30+ and 50+ that have started from scratch with him - gradually achieveing there goals and enjoying playing the guitar.
